Icon & Wave Animation
The Icon & Wave feature adds a decorative icon and an animated wave background to a Dynamic Text widget alongside the KPI value. Available only on the Dynamic Text type, configured in the General Design step.
How to Access
- Navigate to the General Design step in the wizard (Dynamic Text type only).
- Find the Icon & Wave section.
- Enable Show Icon and Wave.
Parameters

| Icon Size | Size of the icon or uploaded image in pixels. Typical values: 32–64 px. | — |
| Icon Color | Color tint applied to the selected Material icon. Not applicable when a custom image is uploaded. | — |
Note: Icon Color will be automatically overridden when an active Conditional Formatting rule specifies an icon color override.
Tips
- Icon choice adds instant visual context — e.g., a thermometer for temperature, a power symbol for energy consumption.
- For wave color, use a slightly different tone from the card background for a softer depth effect.
- Make sure the icon size is proportional to the KPI value text size.
