2. Chart Type Selection — Dynamic Text
In the second step you select Dynamic Text from the 2 chart types in the Text group. This selection enables Steps 3 (Compass Record) and 4 (Axis Config) to run, but causes Steps 5 and 6 to be skipped.

3. Select Dynamic Text
Click the Dynamic Text card. The card is highlighted with a bold green border.
Click the Next button at the top right.
Proceeding Without Selecting a Type
If no type is selected, Next gives a warning.
Static Text Is a Different Flow
Static Text does not use a Compass record. → Static Text Flow
Skipped Steps
For Dynamic Text, 5. Series Design and 6. Add Series are skipped. Compass record, Axis Config, and General Design all run.
