Board Setup
This section covers board creation, content placement, and parameter configuration in Horizon. The board owner has full control over all content. For sharing and export operations see Share & Export.

Typical Flow
- Create Board — Enter name, description, tags; an empty canvas opens.
- Widget Placement — Pick widgets from the Cartography library and place them on the grid.
- Global Filters — If Compass queries define global variables, configure the filter panel.
