My Color Palettes
My Color Palettes are custom color sets that can be applied with a single click when picking series color in step 5. Series Design of the Cartography widget creation wizard. Use them to create consistent color coding per plant, production line, or product category and to preserve that coding across all widgets.
Access
Click the Settings icon in the left menu → in the dialog that opens select the My Color Palettes tab.
What It's For
In a dashboard with multiple widgets, it ensures that the same machine or production line is always represented by the same color. Instead of manually picking the color each time, you apply your predefined palette with a single click.

| Field | Description | Required |

Using a Palette in Cartography
After defining a palette, you can use it in step 5. Series Design of the Cartography widget creation wizard:
- Click the Series Color field.
- In the color picker open the My Palettes tab.
- Pick the palette you want — the first color of the palette is applied automatically.
- When multiple series are added (step 6. Add Series), each new series takes the next color from the palette.

Limitations and Notes
| Topic | Description |
|---|---|
| Scope | Palettes are per user; other users' palettes are not visible or shared. |
| Color format | Only hex codes (#RRGGBB) are supported; rgba and HSL are not. |
| Maximum color count | No technical upper bound; managing palettes with more than 10 colors becomes harder. |
| Existing widgets | Changing a palette later does not auto-update colors of widgets already created. |
