Duplicate Widget
The Duplicate action copies an existing widget with the same settings. The new widget is saved with a different ID and a changeable name. Duplication is ideal when creating similar widgets — small tweaks beat opening the wizard from scratch.
Prerequisite
At least one widget must exist in the Cartography list to copy.
1. Find the Widget
Click Cartography in the left menu. Find the widget you want to copy in the list.
2. More Menu → Duplicate
Click the More (three dots) button on the right of the widget card and click Duplicate.
3. Copy Completes
The copy happens immediately. The new widget appears in the same folder, listed as Copy of <Original Name> or with a similar prefix.
Success
All configuration of the copied widget (chart type, record link, axis, series, general/card design) is identical to the original.
4. Editing the Copied Widget
You can make any changes via the Edit action on the new widget. Typical use cases:

5. Limitations
- The copied widget creates a separate database record; it is an independent KPI widget.
- Even if the original widget is deleted, the copy keeps working.
- Tags, folder location, and description are also copied.
