Axis Settings
Axis Settings control the visual appearance of X and Y axis titles and scale labels in the General Design step of Cartesian charts. For data mapping (column assignment, axis type), see the Axis Config step. This page covers styling only.
This feature is only available on Cartesian chart types.
How to Access
- Navigate to the General Design step in the wizard.
- Find the Axis Settings section.
Parameters
Axis Title

Tips
- Use rotate45 or rotate90 for dense category axes where labels overlap.
- Visually distinguishing axis title color from scale label color improves hierarchy clarity.
- To hide axis names, leave the title field empty or match the title color to the background.
